All stainless steel head, bezel and mounting. Convex window standard. Attached by 1/2" NPT nut. Stem is 18-8 Type 304 stainless steel, .250 diameter. This unit has a stem length of 12". Head is 2 1/4" in diameter. Temperature range is 150 F to 750 F.

Certified 12" Inspectors Thermometer
1 1/2" Dial with 12" long 18-8 Type 304 stainless steel, .187" diameter stem. Certified at a single point. Normal points are 450 degrees, 475 degrees.
